Spiritual and Academic Development Program

WISE Institute continues to bring together individuals who carry responsibilities in education, administration, and civil society through the seminar and camp programs it organizes every two months. In this context, the Ethic Leadership Program, conducted in collaboration with the Golden Generation Foundation, is a comprehensive and holistic development camp held at the Chestnut Retreat Center in Pennsylvania.

Taking place from May 1 to May 24, this 21-day program offers participants from around the world a deeply enriching experience both academically and spiritually.

Participants include teachers, school administrators, foundation and NGO leaders, professionals engaged in community service, and individuals holding leadership responsibilities in various fields. Distinguished scholars and thought leaders deliver seminars covering a wide range of topics, from leadership and governance to ethical values and human relations.

In addition to its academic dimension, the program fosters a strong spiritual atmosphere throughout the 21 days. Alongside the expert presentations, this session allows participants to:

  • Engage in collective book discussions,
  • Participate in Qur’an recitation, supplications, and devotional practices,
  • Benefit from the sense of unity, serenity, and mutual support cultivated in the shared environment.

The Ethic Leadership Program not only equips participants with knowledge and leadership competencies but also offers a powerful experience that nurtures their inner world, renews motivation, and supports spiritual refinement.

Through this holistic journey from May 1 to May 24, participants return to their communities with enhanced awareness, strengthened values, and a more responsible and conscientious approach to leadership.
